Q: When will tickets be available for a specific movie?
A: Regular showtimes for movies should be available sometime between Monday and Tuesday of the week the movie opens. Pre shows such as Thursday night and Midnight releases may be available earlier depending on the movie company’s policy.
Q:Will you be getting a specific movie?
A: Final Movie booking does not occur till the Monday of the week a movie is released. So we can not be 100% sure we will be getting a movie till Monday afternoon. If a movie is from a smaller company it may be a limited release and we may be unable to get it opening week. That does not mean we will not be able to get it at a later date.
Online Ticketing Questions
Q: Help, I can’t print out my tickets/confirmation page?
A: Please Note that there are 3 ways to redeem your online purchased tickets. 1: Bring a print out of the confirmation page. For those of you having issues printing your confirmation page we would like more information as to what is wrong, so that we may inform the tech’s of the issue. 2: Print out, or bring the confirmation email with you to the theatre on your smart phone. If you did not receive a confirmation email please check your spam folders as it may have gone there. 3: Bring the credit card used to purchase the tickets online to the theatre and they can be redeemed with it.
Q: I was unable to make it to the movie I purchased tickets for, can I get a refund?
A: Please note that during the online purchasing process the terms of service that were accepted it was stated that “No Refunds or Exchanges. RetrieverTickets.com does not offer refunds or exchanges of tickets purchased on our web site. This includes the per ticket service fee.”
Q: When can I pick up the tickets I purchased online?
A: Any time after the purchase has been made online the tickets can be picked up.
